The bull snakeis one of the largest and most often seen snakes in Midwest America. Bullsnakes may vibrate tail when alarm, which may sound like a rattlesnake. It also makes a hissing noise. For all their fierce imitations of rattlesnakes they are harmless and easily tamed.
